Founder
Fae Esparza founded Start Solutions REI to work at the intersection of real estate investing and business operations.
Through the investment arm, she partnered with busy professionals who wanted long term exposure to real estate without day to day involvement. The work emphasized disciplined deal selection, operational oversight, and clear communication so investors knew where their capital sat and why.
Through the business systems arm, she worked with owners and organizations that needed operational structure to support growth. That meant practical systems, digital infrastructure, and ongoing support so leadership could stay on strategy and execution.
Both arms ran on the same principle: sound decision making, operational discipline, and outcomes measured over years rather than quarters.
Fae is now the founder of Start Solutions AI, an AI visibility agency in Plano, Texas. Start Solutions REI is not taking on new business systems clients. Investor inquiries go directly to Fae.
